Many small to large scale companies need to deal with lots of incoming phone calls to deal with there customers. Often times the volume of phone calls is too large for the company to handle them self’s, so they need to hire an outside party to deal with the incoming call. These centralized offices are known as call centers. They can also make outgoing calls for telemarketing on a company’s behalf. In addition to this they can often handle letters, faxes, emails, and even live chat at its one location. This can take a lot of pressure off a company and free them up to pursue there main focus.
